Moving Out

We hope that you have enjoyed your rental property. Please start planning your move-out a couple of weeks before your lease ends. Please review this information and if you have any questions please contact us. We want to return your entire security deposit and the following information is provided to reach that common goal.

Generally, the home should be left by you so that it is ready for the next tenant.

Please contact us and schedule your move-out inspection so the inspection takes place after the home has been cleaned and is empty.

Please report at this time anything at the home that is broken or not working correctly.

All utilities should be left in your name until the last day of your lease.

Please make sure your US Mail is stopped or forwarded to your new address.

DO NOT paint or fill any holes in the walls left by nails, etc. We will send in professional painters after you have checked-out of the home.

No furniture is to be left at the property without the express written consent of Crimson Rentals. Please remove all couches, grills, chairs, fire pits, etc. If you have sold furniture to incoming residents, you must make Crimson Rentals aware of this arrangement.
