Adult trained dogs are permitted on a tenant-by-tenant basis, at our single-family homes, subject to Crimson Rentals approval and require a non-refundable deposit per pet. Other types of pets can be requested but are generally not allowed. Pets are not permitted at our apartments located at 303 South Washington.

All of our properties are smoke free.

The tenant is responsible for basic maintenance such as changing light bulbs, replacing smoke detector batteries and keeping the home clean, taking out the trash weekly, promptly reporting maintenance problems, and being respectful of your neighbors.

The landlord is responsible for all electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling and other major repairs. In addition, the landlord is responsible for the regular maintenance of your heating and cooling system and maintaining such items as water heaters, kitchen appliances, washer and dryer.
